COVID-19 Update for May 27, 2020
As our community and state continue to ease restrictions and relax stay-at-home orders related to COVID-19, Match Factors will soon re-open its home office location to provide more convenience to our local customers. We remain focused on the health and safety of our employees and customers.
We're Temporarily Adjusting Services Available at Our Home Office
Beginning June 1, 2020, Match Factors will re-open its home office for walk-in service on a limited basis. We encourage local customers to call or email before arrival and to wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one for you. To ensure the safety of our customers and employees, all in-person visits will be conducted in our office lobby. However, local customers can continue to utilize our outside drop-box or request in-person appointments outside under our covered porches, if they prefer.
Keeping Our Team Members Safe, While Still Serving Our Customers
We are continuing to allow several of our team members to work remotely. This is in keeping with CDC recommendations and will allow us to maintain the necessary social distancing in our office.
Factoring You Need, Wherever You're Needed
We will continue to enhance all of our digital invoice submission and funding options. Whether you’re on the front lines or at home, we will make it easy for you to factor your receivables. Plus, with our online account portal solution, you can submit invoices online, check your funding status, request customer credit checks and access reports.
Thank You Truckers!
Lastly, we want to thank you, our customers, the truckers! You work on the front lines risking your personal health transporting the essential goods that our society needs to get through this pandemic. We are grateful for everything you do to keep us safe. We stand by you and are committed to providing you with the resources you need to "Keep America Moving."
