We remain diligent with increasing the frequency and intensity of our office cleanings, restricting travel and large gatherings, embracing social distancing with our office interactions, and maintaining good personal hygiene habits among team members.

In addition, we are implementing enhanced contingency plans that will help protect our employees’ health while still serving our customers’ business needs.

Enabling Remote Workplace Accommodations

Beginning Thursday, March 19, 2020, Match Factors will transition positions to remote workplace accommodations. Rest assured, we have the technology and systems in place to continue to serve your needs and keep your information secure, and your entire Match Factors team is available via phone and email.

All factoring transactions will continue uninterrupted and any new requests will be handled promptly.

Walk-In Services

Also, effective Thursday, March 19, 2020, Match Factors will close its lobby to local customers. Walk-in factoring services will be discontinued until the COVID-19 crisis subsides. In the interim, local customers will need to submit invoices to us via our other invoice submission platforms.

We're Here to Help

As a reminder, Match Factors will NOT be closed for our customers. We are still here just as we have always been. You can still reach us as normal, and we will continue to serve your business needs. We are simply encouraging all of our customers to utilize our digital platforms for invoice submissions until things get back to normal.
